Another Day in Paradise is a raw, eye-opening documentary theatre piece that amplifies the voices of the unhoused community—people we often overlook or avoid in our daily lives. Based entirely on interviews conducted in San Diego, the show dives deep into the personal stories of individuals facing unimaginable challenges: addiction, self-harm, sexual assault, and the profound loss of loved ones. It highlights the complex, heartbreaking realities behind the faces we pass by on the street without a second thought.
Featuring an original score by Taylor Lehmkuhl, this new play with music challenges us to look closer and think differently about the people we so easily disregard. Presented in partnership with Coronado Playhouse.
